Wolf statue

UB is a very developing city. And now that the winter is going away the constructions work are starting everywhere!

So in some part of UB (you know there after the black market!) there is a park

and in this park there is a new statue. The wolf/men statue

this is quite big and with the sun it has made very nice pictures!

I really like it, the head is a wolf and the rest is a man

it let you admire

and from the back. I just hope now that they will do more statues, this will make a very nice park!

My school

This is my school named KTMC, which is part of MUST (Mongolian university of science and technology). This is where I teach and on the left this is where I live in the dorm!
This is located in Sansar a place in UB

And this is the teacher's room. This is where I am when I am not teaching to prepare my lectures.
Normally this is full of teachers :-)
My desk is on the right, in the middle!

Wild animals in UB

Ub is full of surprises, you can find wild animals there!

This one is not so dangerous...

but watch this one!

Actually I think the most dangerous is this one, if it falls down, well I don't know:-)

Ohhh

Last night at midnight I woke up because I tough there was a fire outside!
But actually there was a guy in love that have written I love you in fire, there was even firework! (if you are wondering that was not for me…)
So romantic!
Who said that french are romantic, Mongolian are the best!!!!

Food food food

I know I know but in Mongolia this is ok to eat like that!
This was actually a delicious soup!

This is chicken, tsuivan and the steamed bread, love it

and that are you asking me, what is it? Well this is from horse.
The white one is blood sausage actually, the rest is also from horse, don't know exactly what, but what I know is that was delicious!

and this is duck!!
But despite what you can think I am not taking a single kilo :-) Is that not nice?

My birthday

For my birthday I was invited at the restaurant and we have eaten a lot of chicken! This is great because I love chicken!!!

Hushuur Building :-)

Well this is the nickname of this building, because it has the form of a Hushuur/khusuur :-)
You know the mongolian fried doughnut with meat!

This building is an hotel and it has also some restaurants inside.
From there you have a great view from the Sükhbaatar square.

And of course Genghis khaan! And the parliament :-)

And this is one the restaurant, not bad right?
I haven't seen the hotel but I guess this is pretty luxurious too!

Night and day

Them moon was very nice that night!

With orange colors

but with my camera it is difficult to make nice pictures!

but the result is not so bad!

I really like the colors

 and the effects!

And on sunday after so many days of nice weather here was I saw. I was snowing like crazy, mamamia terrible here.
But well today almost everything is gone:-)
