On Monday there was a big snow storm in UB!
Snow, rain (a lot and then all the streets are under water), cold, wind, well not so nice!
And the worse is to find a taxi with this weather!
But I managed!

Look at that, and this is almost June, incredible

But the next day the weather was good, and today full sun, well I stopped to try to figure out!

a day trip in Terelj

I have done a day trip to Terelj national park. This is about 60 km away from UB.
There you have the Manzushir Monastery.

the particularity is here...

you have to turn a wheel and it gives you a number

after you have to find the panel with the corresponding number and you can read a sentence, mine is later...

the monastery has really bright colors and so do I!

there are also some paintings in the mountains and I really wonder how they managed it!

Scary but I managed it!

and finally the monastery that you can visit. And the guardian will make jokes for you, don't remember them but it was funny!
Inside you have a lot of paintings from buddha

and also there this is full of colors

and beautiful paintings

on the outside you have representation of hell and paradise

you decide which one is which one

but ohhh my god this look horrible!

the monastery has the shape of an elephant and you can also see then in the roof

and inside you have some representation of buddha

some protecting god

as I said the monastery is in the mountains, still yellow for the moment
