Yummy

I love this supermarket near my home, the chocolate pudding, yogurt and milk rice are just delicious and I am a member of the shop now!
And it looks all pretty natural!

Atomium

When I was in Made in Asia I was near the Atomium
which is this construction

It was built in 1958 for the Brussels fair exhibition

It represents the structure of Iron

You can go inside and have a view of the city, but as you may the weather was so extraordinary that I didn't go :-)

Who is that? Oh this is me, how fantastic :-)

Maybe one day I will go inside, I like the construction, but I have to pick a sunny day which seems a challenge here!

Near my home

I like this one, this is a shop that sells... french fries of course!
I din't try so far but will soon, I promise!

This is the street just near mine, with traditional Belgium houses, but inside .... very very narrow stairs!!!

There is also a beautiful church nearby
I am impressed by the size

 And with the sun it looks marvelous!

 This is my supermarket, very big inside and if you pay with cash there is a machine where you put the money and get it back, the cashier don't touch it anymore!

And also nearby, so cool, this is the swimming pool where I go!
I am there on Sunday at 9am opening time to do my kilometer, after this is too crowded

But I miss the water massage from Montrouge and my swimming pool partner!

Today since the weather was not good I decided to do something inside
And oh lucky me there was an exhibit made in Asia

So direction the exhibit center, a bit scary I thought, but actually quite nice

But inside was much nicer!
A full stand of Totoro, isn't that great?

Some funny games like you can see in Japanese TV, din't risk myself...

The Mario girls

There was also some famous manga writers but since I know none of them I was not impressed but I  liked this one

I have also done some calligraphy, as far as I can see there is room for improvement!

And of course hundreds of people dressed like in Manga

A bonsai exhibit

I may start to learn it, I have to see

I also got a free thai foot massage from the guy in red, it was so good, wanted to stay the all day there!

After that need some rest with fried noodles and Calpis, so gooood!

I also participated to a Korean workshop were I made this box!

So proud of myself, the result is pretty good!

First visit near the EU but I didn't know :-)

From my home to work I take a bus, about 15 minutes and on the way I saw this square
So on the week-end I decided to have a look at it!

This is a funny place where you can charge your electrical car

And where you feel like in Switzerland!

And then there was some writing about European Commission
But I didn't really know what it was...

So I just walked around  to see some tablet, this one is about Simone Veill

But the place is quite empty during the week-end except some tourist walking around
So Not really sure where I was...

Hum wouldn't have choose this name but why not :-)

Actually not sure at all about where I am, Switzerland, France, Poland????
Brussels is very international, 50% stranger they told me...

My first days in Bruxelles

This is beautiful and everywhere in Brussels so great EXCEPT if you have a suitcase, if you have high heels,  if you are running, if this is raining, shall I continue :-)

Brussels have a lot of ways to circulate, everyday to go to work I take the bus or the tram or the subway!
This is one of my bus

very comfortable inside but often crowed so difficult to seat, hopefully this  is a small city so I never have long!

And tram, beware of them when you cross the street or with suitcase, high heels, ... see before :-)

and here a modern one, but the first one I took has very narrow and high steps, so difficult to enter or exit!

hehe, I am not lost here, my first apartment is in a Portuguese neighborhood

and of course a pasteleria!
mamamia this is a dream come through!!!
