I cooked bin and this is delicious

But what is that??? I call it a mongolian pancake even if everybody here disagree :-)
You just mix flour, water and add sugar after.
Then make it flat

cook it with hot oil just a few minutes

and hop ready to eat!
With an hot chocolate this is just delicious!
Some people also don't do it sweat but with meat, we are still in Mongolia!
I will do it again!

My Uni at sunset

From the teacher's room I have the following view

And very often at sunset (at sunrise I am sleeping!) you have such great colors!

Yeah it's the week-end soon

 And during the week-end sometimes I go to nice restaurant.
This was a french menu!

Even with kind of baguette!

And this is the new american pizza restaurant!
Youpi!
But not every week-end because:
1- I will get fat
2- I will get sick
3- I will get fat and sick!!!!

Ceremony at the temple

This Saturday I went to a buddhist ceremony.
You should go to this ceremony once a year, when you want but there are good days for it. This ceremony will bring you health, prosperity, happiness, …
For it you need to prepare a bowl or a plate with the sweets you like to eat and it should be an odd number. So I had 5 different types  of cookies, nuts and sweets. And also the day before you order some prayers

After that direction the temple, the ceremony is starting around 9am.
The lamas will enter the temple at the sound of an horn and then 3/4 of them were sitting in front of us and reciting the prayers (some of them are the ones you have ordered the day before). The other lamas are also reciting prayers, in the middle of the temple.

The ceremony is lasting around 2 hours, the lamas are praying all the time. At one moment they pass an heavy pot with scent that you have ti turn around you 3 times. At the end you receive rice that you have to keep. Mongolian people have a special bag (me not :-( ).
When the ceremony is finished you go in front of the lama and they bless you.
After that you go to another temple to get holly water (yellow) that you drink and some scent.

During the ceremony we have also received that rice that we have eaten. This was very lucky because this is not happening very often and it brings prosperity.
After that during 3 days you should not offer anyone anything but if you receive something this is good. You should eat the content of your bowl by yourself and give it to nobody.
This was a great ceremony and also now my green tara (my protecting god) is awake and will protect me fully. Today the 3 days are over but I still have cookies to eat!
