Prambanan and Ramayana ballet

Yesterday I booked a tour to visit Prambanan

This is a complex of two kind of temples: Hindou and a small one Buddhist

We took a guide that explained the all story

The temples were distroyed by many hings, earthcake, eruptions, ... and are being reconstructed

It explains the life of Rama a reincarnation of Shiva

The structure is very similar to Angkor

And all the reliefs are telling the story, wih Rama, Hanuman, Shita, ...

You can go inside and see some of the status of the caracters of the story

Nearby you have the Buddhist temple bubrah with these two impressiv guardians

The must is to see the sunset

Although except this picture it is getting drk pretty quick....

Then dinner with the fish speciality and some others indonesian delicatessen

Then direction the Ramayana ballet

In the background you have the temple

And this is telling the same story as in the temple

I am in Indonesia!!!

after waiking up at 5am45, took the monorail, then a train, then wait, took a plane and then a taxi, finally I am in Yogjakarta, my first stop in Indonesia! But what an hotel!!!

my first lunch a nassi goreng and a papaya juice

then I walk around the hotel to find some tours companies, here there is a lot of touk touk!

But holidays are holidays so afternoon farniente :-)

Bird park

this is a mall ner my hotel, I like to go inside because there is aircon :-) yeah yeah still hot!

one of the biggest in Asia they say

most of te bird are free under a big net

so you can just walk between them!

I found a cooler place to rest a bit and you can admire me with my aladin pent!!! Not my fault if you can't see well!

and that the big net that prevent them from going but not for the monkeys that found a way

after that the police museum, interesting

and my last dinner in KL with mussles

and because it was not enough some saty and chicken and konjak, no idea what it was but was a bit strange.... tomorrow direction Indonesia

petronas towers finally and putu district

I woke up early this morning becausr I wanted to finish my bus ticket to visit the bird parc and then the towers that I have reserved at noon

what a newby I am in Kl! At 10:40 I finally reached the parc and thought no chance, just continue to the towers! A wedding on the way

I was surprised by the number of cats in kl and no dogs, paradise!!!

and finally after 3 hours and a small nap in the bus (traffic jam is not really interesting) here I am

right on time for my visit

firts you go to the bridge on the 43rd floor and here you have 10 minutes!

then the highest floor 86, for 20 minutes! The view is great, but no glass floor unfortunately, but still love hese towers!

then back to the subway, where you buy on coin, price depends where you go

direction Putu where I had lunch at a famous Cantonese restaurant, no menu, a lady hardly speaking english, but I managed this delicious fish and a not hot not cold tea and no vegetables to the disappointment of the lady :-)

whre I stopped for some roti, so not chinese! And some te tarik,love it!

ah ah no need to go to Japan :-) and then again foot massage for one hour!!
