Crepes

This week-end I thought that I will try to make some crepes.
So I bought milk: easy…., flour: easy…., eggs: easy…., sugar: easy…. this is the very big bag!
Well easy to buy everything!!!

Then I have done my receipt,  this is also easy :-)

The cooking part was a bit more challenging!!
I have the tools, but it needs so long to get hot, and the first time I wanted to eat, so I didn't wait enough!
The 2nd time was really great, but it takes me like 10 minutes to cook one crepe, yes I told you very slow!!!

But this is the result with tuna in eggs sauce.
I was really delicious!
I will do it again!

View from my room

One of the most beautiful thing in Mongolia is the sky!

 Every morning, when I manage to wake up early :-), then I can see a great sunrise!

Otherwise I see that, ok not so nice, but I like it :-)

ok this is nicer :-)

But still during the day, look at that, all white and these mountains

and these buildings, I don't know what they are!
But still as I said I like the view, and I am looking a long time everyday !!!

Last night dinner

Hum I had a great dinner last night!
I steamed some mongolian potatoes and carrots and some onion (well I don't know from where ..) and some bacon (same situation here, from where??? Maybe russian), very delicious :-)

And then mongolian yogurt with some mandarines
Good good and with some tea, just perfect!

I am registered!!!!

After 2.5 weeks of running everywhere, from one office to get a paper that gives me the right to go to the next one and so one.
Collecting million of papers, giving a lot of photos (They should have a wall full of my pictures!!!) and of course money and time (sometimes I was waiting 4 hours at some ministry).
I am finally fully registered!

My god what a story!!!
But this done, now I am ok on this side :-)
