kagoshima- sakurajima

Today direction the south of Japan, Kagoshima, to visit the active volcano Sakurajima.

Here this is a foot bath that we have done before the walk and after again, let's enjoy to the fullest!

As you can see the volcano is very active, it releases ashes all the time!

Once upon a time, I don't know when there was an eruption and now you can do the lava path

I have been there many times, but every time I enjoy it so much!

And I am not the only one!
After that Onsen, Kagoshima is full of it because --> volcano!!!
This one was small but with electric bath, salt bath and bubble medicinal bath!

Hiroshima

Today visit of Hiroshima and its memorial for the peace.
 This is the monument for the children

And this one is the only monument that stand after the a-bomb was dropped.
There is also a museum to visit, a bit difficult to see...

After that direction of the shopping arcade for a bit more of fun.
And there some strange shop's name, for the french speaking people I let you admire

especially this one no comment!

and speaking of strange this is my original picture, I don't know what happened! Very funny!

The castle all in wood this one, but it was raining...

So no other option than a pancake! Delicious!!!!

Miyajima

Today train from Gifu-Hashima to Hiroshima, with a stop at Shin-Osaka. Then another train to Miyajima-Guchi and then a ferry to Miyajima.
Yes but this is to see that!

And also to eat some oysters, but not for me

And to walk around to enjoy the scenery.

Last time I saw the gate there was water everywhere, today was low tide but also beautiful to see

And a few dears everywhere
But the people here are not nice with then...they kick them really bad...

And the red shrine also surrounded with water normaly

The red is just amazing giving a great impression

at the top the pagoda, well the intermediate top, you can do some hike, but well not my style!

Osaka

Today direction Osaka and first the Namba district with all these colorful decorations for the restaurants and shops

Hi not sure I want to eat there...

But better here in this great restaurant, quiet with ladies in kimono for the service and this full lunch only for 9 euros, just incredible!

Sushi grand-pa!

They even have the love lock there, but not on the bridge!

And this is the famous Osaka tower, not been on the top but I will survive :-)

And this is the emblem of the city, you find him everywhere, dress differently

Like here again, a bit strange though.

I am not sure but I think this is a restaurant held by an ex sumo...

But now ladies and gentlemen, my dream came through.
I finally was a sumo! But now I already got retired!!!!

And the castle closed at 3pm30!!! So just from the outside

But also just like that beautiful!

Nagoya

Directly from Tokyo we went to Nagoya to see a matsuri, sort of carnival, with some maid girl!

Some Tai Yaki man, but I prefer the version I can eat

And yes this is very Japanese some very cute dog

And this one was doing some wrestling!
Looks like the guy in the serial I was looking at when I was young, don't remember the name!

And some happy people everywhere

So happy to see us the only white, gaijin!

After that some rest in Holland sorry in a park in Nagoya!

Then to the goldfish exhibition.
They have presented the fish in different kind of aquarium with color, shape, pictures, just amazing!

It was very difficult to make nice pictures but I succeed some of them

And that's me like in an horror movie!

This one was my favorite with changing colors, just wonderful!

After that a good dinner at a Mongolian restaurant, who is the prettiest????

Delicious food

and great soute tse of course!

And this one to finish remind me of a book of Haruki Murakami...
