At the horse restaurant

Yesterday I went to an horse restaurant
 Meaning a restaurant where you eat all kind of horse
The owner has a farm with horses so we were eating premium quality horse
This one is sashimi horse, raw.

The delicious one was the aorte
fried and to be eaten with some small spices

That the sashimi one, the red is pure horse meat, the white is a fatty part in the head of the horse
You eat them together with a soy sauce with ginger

Then we had some ribs

Ans some salad with half cooked meat

And to finish some delicious sushi
It was the first time for me to have raw horse meat and it was really delicious the all things
that is something definitively to try!

Lucky for us the police was there to watch out!

And to finish I had a pumpkin dessert
which was amazingly good!
