Yesterday we went to Chiran, this is an old Samurai city near Kagoshima.
This is a small village but beautiful, with nice streets with no cars.
there you visit the houses of 7 samurais.

and the garden are supposed to represent the mountains around,

You have also a lot of butterflies there
and an old samurai armor

some great food. And we found a very nice small restaurant of okonomiyake!
That's the owner, he has done our lunch with a lot of love and the food was excellent!!!

Today we went to Chikoku and for the first time of the year I swam in the sea:-) But a killer nori burned me there, hopefully I survived!!!
